Sub-Zero service, done right
Sub-Zero's built-in columns and side-by-sides run a dual-compressor sealed system with tighter tolerances than a standard refrigerator — the kind of unit where a guessed-at repair gets expensive fast. We check the sealed system, compressor cycling, and air handler before recommending anything.

Common Sub-Zero issues we diagnose
Not cooling or running warm
Often a compressor or condenser fan issue on the sealed system — not always a simple thermostat fix.
Compressor short-cycling
Can point to a failing start relay or condenser coils that need cleaning.
Evaporator icing over
Usually a door seal letting in humid air, or a defrost heater or timer that's stopped working.
Ice maker not producing ice
Commonly a water inlet valve or a fill tube frozen shut inside the freezer wall.
Condenser fan noise
A fan blade rubbing on built-up dust, or a worn fan motor bearing.
Air handler or damper failure
Restricts airflow between the fresh food and freezer sections, causing uneven temperatures.
